Delivery

What are the delivery charges on online orders?

The Delivery Fee per order is SGD 30.00. The delivery fee is waived with a minimum spending of SGD 300.00.

May I self-collect my items?
Yes, you may self-collect your items by appointment only.
Do you offer Same Day/ Express Delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not provide Same Day/ Express Deliveries. In case of any questions, you may WhatsApp to +65 97880718 for further clarification. Our standard delivery lead time is 2-3 days after payment received.
Can I change my delivery address after I have made an order?

Please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible. If an order has been processed to our delivery team, it is not possible for us to change the delivery address. If the driver has arrived at the wrong delivery address provided by the customer and needs to deliver to a new delivery address, there is a new delivery charge.

What happens if I provided the wrong delivery address?

What if no one is around to receive the shipment?

If orders are undelivered during the first try, our delivery team will contact you to arrange another delivery attempt. We will make a redelivery within the next 2 days. New delivery charges apply.

What modes of payment can I use for my online order?

We accept direct bank transfer or PayNow. Payment must be made before delivery.

Do you deliver overseas?

Sorry, we do not offer international shipment.

How can I amend or cancel my order?

We are unable to amend existing orders once they have been placed. Please cancel your current order and place a new one. You have a 2-hour window to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us.

Why has my order been cancelled?

We apologise that your order has been cancelled, the reasons for cancellation are normally due to a payment problem, stock issue or due to a technical error on our website. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your cancellation.

Return & Exchange

I have received an incorrect/missing/defective item in my order, what should I do?

We apologise for your incorrect/defective item. Please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
